Sizing Tips
- You MUST measure your waist for an accurate fit. (The height and weight proportions are for general purposes only.)
- When you measure your waist size with a measuring tape, measure around your waist right above your belly button.
- If your measurements are between 2 sizes, please pick the larger size, as these waist trainers run a little small.
- The long waist trainers run 12 inches long
- The short waist trainers run 8 inches long

What does a waist shaper do?
This waist shaper tightens, tones and flattens your stomach while working out or doing everyday activities. It’s perfect for the gym, working out, running or walking. How to put a waist shaper on?
- When you put the waist shaper on, it's probably better to lay down first
- Start hooking from the bottom, and work your way to the top, this is the easiest way to get the waist shaper on
- The first few days of waist training, we suggest to start at home because the fit will be very tight
